I have worked in regional roles in global companies as well as boutique, Irish focused firms. I have also started and grown a business. Each have their own challenges.

For me, coaching gave me time to think, helped me to see things differently and created 'light-bulb' moments leading to real, positive change personally and professionally.

I have completed Coaching Development's Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills which is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am an ICF member.

Laura Smyth

I am an extremely passionate people person who thrives in helping people find their career direction. My husband and I established our Recruitment business in January 2016 and we have gone from strength to strength.

Since completing my coaching training, I have come to realise the transformational effects it has had on me and I simply want to share this with others. I have learned to channel my energy towards positivity and can now live the best life I can.

I have completed my training through Coaching Development, acquiring a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills which is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
